We also partner with forward-thinking companies committed to advancing women's leadership. Through coaching, workshops, and strategic consultancy, we support organisations in identifying and addressing systemic barriers to workplace access and progression. Louise is a Level 7 Qualified Leadership Coach and Mentor, combined with over 10 years working in leadership and management roles. She is passionate about raising the voices of women and turning frustrations and stagnation into action. Through tailored strategic thinking, she can uncover unique talents, help overcome limiting beliefs, bring understanding and power to start breaking down systemic barriers and build the skills needed to excel. Grounded in the belief that uplifting each other can lead to lasting systemic change.
With over a decade of experience in leadership development, operational management, and program design, she focuses on blending skill-building, well-being, and active building of bold leaders that are forward thinking and ready to break the mould. She also welcomes all companies wishing to move to a modern world that wants to tap into hidden talent and find innovative ways of working using a people-centric approach.

1:1 Coaching - express & full sessions
This is more than coaching, we can work together to create a unique blend of coaching, mentoring, training and motivation that meets your needs. Whether you feel stuck in a workplace, feel your talents are overlooked or do not understand why you feel stagnated, we can work on a way forwards. Or whether you want 'more' but due to life responsibilities you cannot see how you can make the moves you want - whether in your career, focusing on work/life balance, managing caring responsibilities or moving through life changes.
This is about re-capturing the belief in who you are and what you have to offer. We will re-engage with your existing skills and experiences, alongside building up some key leadership skills to help you feel empowered (you don't need to be in or want a 'leadership' role to be a leader!). We can work on understanding what is holding you back and how you can break through these or seek to break them down.
30 minute express sessions - you know exactly what you need to work on and need a quick boost of motivation, guidance or coaching e.g. pre-interview, before having a challenging conversation, trying something out of your comfort zone, honing in on one key skill.
60 minute full sessions - for a deeper delve into those barriers, personal or systemic. Useful for discovering what is holding you back or working through some bigger challenges.
